Lugansk Tube Plantseeks to create a corporate social strategy in order to increase performance rates and social standards.

The company's social policy includes the following measures:

  • moneyed assistance for marriage, birth of a child, death of close relatives, etc.

  • passes for treatment and recreation

  • passes to children's recreation camps

  • corporative leisure activities

  • preservation of cultural and spiritual traditions of the plant.

Lugansk Tube Plant gives great career opportunities to young people. Entry-level workers are trained by experienced and qualified employees.

The plant is constantly developing. We are proud of our labour potential and our professionals. Our workers are honoured with state awards: 7 people have "Honoured Metallurgist of Ukraine" and "Honoured Worker of Industry of Ukraine" titles of honour; 15 employees are awarded with state orders and medals; over 100 employees are given various certificates, acknowledgements and diplomas.

Human capital policy requires yearly staff training schedules.

Professional training includes the following stages:

  • primary professional training

  • further professional training

  • advanced training

  • advanced training for managers and technicians.

High professional level of our workers allow Lugansk Tube Plant to successfully implement new production technologies.

In 2010, about one hundred new employees were trained and over two hundred experienced workers underwent advanced training.
